About Archer

I'd describe my personality as adaptive, playful, and caring! I started working with kids as a summer camp counselor when I was 14, every year until I was 17. At 16, I worked as a lifeguard and teaching swim lessons to children (and adults!) for 3 seasons. After this, I began working for my Bachelor's of Social Work degree. During this time, January of 2023, I had the opportunity to start to work with special needs individuals of all ages. I worked as a Life Skills Coach for adults and an ABA Behavior Technician for children. I now work with special needs children full time. In my spare time, I like to do just about ANYTHING creative! One thing you should know about me is that my specialty has been with special needs children, including those who are nonverbal, use ASL, PECS, or AACs, have behaviors, etc. I don't ONLY have experience with neurodiverse kids! I love them ALL, no matter what. My skills include adaptive communication, trust building, and creativity.
