We hired Elizabeth with only a days notice. She was super responsive. She has an incredibly calm demeanor which was helpful with my baby who has separation anxiety. Even though my baby was difficult, Elizabeth was cool, calm and collected and still managed to get her down on time for her sleep schedule. Would definitely rehire
