About Annette

I graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Psychology in 2016, where I took on multiple roles as a peer tutor in statistics and biology lab. During my gap years, I served as a Literary Specialist (AmeriCorps) at the YMCA where I supported the staff at the Youth Center with general programming and provided the student members with English Language Learning and Social and Emotional Learning opportunities in an after-school space. During the summer of 2019, I tutored high school students for the SATs over zoom. Currently, I am in my fourth year of medical school where I have been a tutor for Gross Anatomy and a peer mentor for underclassmen. I find teaching to be a valuable experience and enjoy the challenge of finding creative ways to engage students intellectually.
