With a decade of expertise spanning nannying, Applied Behavior Analysis, and caregiving for individuals with diverse disabilities, my dedication lies in creating a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children under my guidance. My journey in childcare commenced during middle school and early high school, where I began with babysitting and nannying. Over the years, my roles have evolved to encompass direct support responsibilities for young children and adolescents. I have served as a behavioral health technician, offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and currently, I am engaged in the fulfilling role of a Behavior Analyst. To complement my practical experience, I pursued a degree in developmental psychology, specializing in Autism, and minoring in family social sciences. This educational background enriches my understanding and allows me to approach caregiving with a holistic perspective.
