Aniya had great intentions and I think she did well with my daughter for the most part. She was late 90% of the time. She was very distracted on her phone despite multiple requests weekly to put it away while watching my daughter. She’d often have her headphones in while nannying. One time she left my daughter unattended and my daughter broke ornaments in her hand. Her energy level was also very low. I don’t think child care field is best suited for her despite her intentions.
