Angie was responsive to the posting and made herself available for an interview right away. On the phone she was very friendly and asked a lot of relevant questions that showed that she was engaged and qualified. She showed up on time for the day. My three year old son immediately took to her, dragging over to show her his pretend kitchen. It was the first time all week (the normal nanny was off) that he didn't cry when I went upstairs to go to work. (I work a remote job from home.) He absolutely loved having her around all day! She sang him to sleep in the afternoon. Her shift ended before he woke up. He was very sad to wake up and see that she was gone. Definitely a good sign that it went well! Angie also did a lovely job straightening up after our quite messy toddler. In short, she was terrific and I would definitely hire her again!
