About Angelica

A little about me; I've cared for many ages, notably two twin, 5-year-old boys and their older sister for a summer 8-10 hours a day. Did lots of crafts, fun little science projects, and park/nature center adventures. I have cared from infants to 12-year-olds. Since this was originally written, I spent another summer caring for three children in one home under 10. years old. I also became a certified respite care worker. I like to bring age appropriate crafts and projects to play with (I've also worked teaching art and craft workshops). I love to cook and am great with picky eaters. I find that keeping the kids engaged and learning is the most fun for all of us. One of the things that people remark upon is how patient I am. I am very good at gently redirecting negative behaviors and using positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. I look forward to speaking with you if you are interested in working together!
