About Andria

I started my caregiver journey when I was 17 by becoming a certified nursing assistant to work in the LTC facility my grandfather was residing in. I have worked in this field for almost 10 years and have been certified or gained working knowledge in almost every aspect. I am burned out by the healthcare system - the incompetent agencies and the numbers game. I just want to provide care for people who need it and do it the right way, with compassion and patience, learned skills and competence. I was taught to show up on time and honor your words - your commitment. I really enjoy this work and spending time with older adults, and I care about about doing a good job.
