I came from out of state to care for a family member's home as they transitioned to long-term care. I needed help with errands, packing, moving, and someone familiar with the area. Jennifer was punctual, kind, and empathetic. She remained in contact, provided great information and feedback from her experience working with seniors with dementia/Alzheimer's, and helped take a load off my shoulders. She referred me to reputable local businesses since I am unfamiliar with the area and made my parent's move seamless. I couldn't be in two places at once, and hiring her was the best decision I made while working out logistics. If I need to return to the area, she will be the first person I contact to hire again.
