About Andre

I am a former International Baccalaureate English Language and History Teacher. . I attended Morehouse College and graduated with honors from Wayne State University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and African American Studies. Also, I received a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of the District of Columbia. I have developed an acumen for developing young people as conscious global citizens. A native of Detroit, MI, I am currently living in New Haven, CT where I am pursuing a Master of Divinity degree in Practical Theology at Andover Newton Seminary at Yale University Divinity School in New Haven, CT and serves as the President of Yale Black Seminarians. In August, I concluded my tenure as Pastoral Intern of Children and Youth at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, IL having served for 10 months. My biggest passions are working out, pancakes and singing Gospel music.
