About Amy

Hello! My name is Amy, and I have been a stay at home mom for 18 years! I have three teenage children whom I adore. I grew up in a large family with many younger cousins to babysit from the time I was 12. Throughout the past few decades, I have cared for other children in my home as well as nannied. While nannying I was also tasked with running errands, meal preparation, school drop off/pick up and light housekeeping. I have also volunteered for multiple organizations providing care for infants through teenagers; this included one on one interaction/care/mentoring, working with small groups as well as being part of a youth group serving over 100 teens. I have volunteered at all of my children's schools to help with sporting events, fund raisers, fun days and teacher appreciation days just to name a few. My family also participated with a program called Safe Families for Children, in which we provided respite care for struggling families.
