About Amy

I'd describe my personality as kind, caring and a good listener. I have worked with children my entire life and feel comfortable in my skills and knowledge. I like working with kids because I love watching them explore the world and learn. I have a passion for teaching and every moment can be a learning moment. I started working with kids when I began teaching special education in 1999. In my spare time, I like to read, be with my family, bake, shop, travel and being outside. One thing you should know about me is I am compassionate, caring and calm. I have 25 years in education and have raised 3 children of my own as a single parent. My skills include listening, finding joy in the little moments and safety while in my care.
