About Amber

I am currently a behavioral therapist working with individuals of all ages and am looking for some extra hours as my clients are primarily in the afternoon. I am very familiar working with outbursts, aggression, and difficult situations. I am also fluent in American Sign Language and frequently work with nonverbal individuals, including those who have suffered hearing loss! I consider myself a compassionate person and I try to treat everyone I work with as if they were a member of my own family. When my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer I dedicated myself to her care and companionship, transferring to a college closer to her so I could visit between classes. I know how hard it can be when a loved one is unable to care for themselves and I would love to help give you peace of mind in their safety and happiness.
