About Amanda

I'm Amanda! I'm currently a graduate student studying Biomedical Engineering (BME) at Brown University (woohoo!), and, I am a recent Brown graduate, having just received my B. S in BME in May 2023. My first language was Spanish, and I actually spent 8 months living in Northern Spain during the spring semester of 2022. During my undergrad summers, I worked with 5 families; children ranged from just 6 months to 16 years old. Aside from cooking for, playing with, and cleaning after the children, I also helped them with schoolwork, offering tutoring in reading, grammar, mathematics, SAT/ACT Prep, and Spanish.
