My name is Swata, and I am currently at first-year medical school student at Brown. I am from Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Brown in December 2020 with my Bachelors in Public Health. I have five younger siblings, and I hope to pursue a career as pediatric medicine one day. In high school, I worked for 2 summers as a tennis coach at a local summer camp. During two summers in college, I worked at Camp Huntington, a 9-week residential summer camp for children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in upstate New York. During Summer 2020 in Pittsburgh, I babysat two boys, ages 4 and 7, while their parents worked from home. Last fall, I worked for a family in Seekonk, assisting their daughter during her virtual kindergarten day. From December 2020-August 2021, I worked full-time as a Behavioral Health Specialist at one of Bradley Hospital's pediatric inpatient psychiatric units (an amazing learning experience!). I would love to serve as a caregiver for your family.
