I hired Alyssa about 2 months ago. We started with 2 days a week, but by the 3rd week she was late and calling or texting late at night to cancel to next day. I always asked at the end of the week what her schedule was the following week so we could coordinate, but it seemed like every time I had a 3rd day she would cancel. My kid loved her, she was sweet and played with her. She cleaned her toys. She didn't do her dishes. I gave her 3 stars because my kid liked her so much, but from a parents perspective, she is not reliable and was late often. I work from home so its not a huge deal, but to other parents who do not work from home, they will have an issue with that. calling out once a week because your babysitter is "sick" doesn't fly with big employers.
