Once I graduated high school I began my journey into early childhood education and was the lead teacher in a Montessori day care for 7 years, then started my nanny journey two years ago! Alyssa nannied for my family for 8 months, and has been the biggest blessing! We're relocating out of state and wish we could pack her up with us! She took a position with our 3 month old when others declined because our baby was struggling with milk allergies. When she joined us, our baby was fussy, rejecting bottles, and a bad sleeper - yet Alyssa persevered through it all with a positive attitude and has built an incredibly loving, strong bond with our baby. Every day when Alyssa arrives, our baby is so happy to see her, it's clear they love each other! Occasionally, Alyssa watches both our baby and toddler and we're amazed at how she manages them together. She is punctual (I don't think she's been late once), reliable (never misses work unless direly ill), highly engaged in our children, and a joy to be around. My husband and I both work from home and we all share space together peacefully. Alyssa is kind, communicative, flexible, and most of all we trust her completely with our children!
