After trying many nannies, Alyson was far and away one of the best we had the pleasure of meeting. We had been using her for childcare before the pandemic and quarantine, and we were so grateful to have her help through such a difficult time. She was cautious and responsible with social distancing, and I trusted her judgement completely. She was dependable, and very straightforward with her schedule. She is incredibly kind and loving, and worked wonderfully with our two-year-old boy. She was especially adept at engaging cooperation and preventing tantrums. Whenever he inevitably did have a tantrum, she was an expert at redirecting and distracting him, and was confident and gentle with inappropriate behaviors. I will be forever grateful for the things that she has taught our son. I would definitely recommend using Alyson for any care needs.
