About Alicia

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, thoughtful, and energetic. I like working with kids because it's an opportunity to teach them something new. I'm looking for a weekday evening or weekend job taking care of 1-3 children in their home. I look forward to helping kids learn, have fun while being active, and engage with them. I started working with kids when I was in high school through babysitting. I have mentored and coached elementary children and high school students. Most importanly, I've enjoyed years of quality time with my 4 nieces and nephews, aged 1, 6, 9, and 11. In my spare time, I like to run, play golf and spend time traveling with my fiancé. One thing you should know about me is I am a physician finishing my last year of fellowship training. I have spent time throughout medical school, residency, and fellowship taking care of children with significant disabilities. I am ACLS certified. My skills include communication, structure, patience.
