Hi, I'm Alicia! I have a passion for working with children. I have nannied for a few families with children ranging in age from 3 months to 6 yrs old. I also have been babysitting on weekends and traveling with some of those families for weekend trips for 10+ years. My childcare philosophy revolves around safety and love; while always trying to incorporate fun into our daily routines. From preparing bottles, meal prepping, and assisting with a preschooler's virtual lessons, I have done it all and love every aspect of nannying. I currently work as a kindergarten assistant in Virginia Beach during the school year and I am seeking a nannying position for summer of 2024!

Alicia has worked with our family for a year and a half. She began watching our son when he was three months old. She has been so amazing with making sure they were always doing activities, learning, going for walks, and also playing with our dog. She has been a wonderful part of our family. My hours at work have decreased so Alicia is starting with another family full time. We will continue to use her as a babysitter on the weekends or date nights as needed.
