I am a mother and have been working as a healthcare claims escalations specialist for the past 5 years. My son is 21 months old. I am making the transition from the healthcare field to babysitting in order to spend less on babysitters and be able to spend more time with my son. I am looking for a family that would be okay with me bringing my son. I have spent the last year and a half working from home and paying to have a babysitter 40 hours/week while I work. As a mother that knows what it is like to work with babysitters, I would respect the boundaries and rules you set, I would keep your home tidy, and I would be reliable. When a babysitter calls off, you end up having to call off of work to care for your littles. And alot of jobs are not understanding of that. I love kids and it would be a dream to make an income while spending that time with my son. And he gets to have playmates!
