About Cierra

Hello, I'm Cierra, a Texas Woman's University alumna with a BBA in Marketing, currently pursuing a dual master's program MBA/MHA. I currently work in nonprofit healthcare and have diverse experience in daycare, nanny agencies, and elementary schools. At the daycare, I was an Assistant Teacher for potty-training 2-year-olds (ratio 11:1), and at the elementary school, I supported the Interventions Team and served as an English Language Learners Aide. Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED, my childcare background stems from growing up in a licensed in-home daycare owned by mother. I emphasize my flexibility, offering overnight care, ability to travel when needed, and support for children unable to attend daycare. While I can generally be available Monday through Friday during business hours, please note that I may need to bring my computer as I occasionally respond to work emails while working from home.
