About Alexa

Hi my name is Alexa! I am an elementary school teacher looking to spend the summer nannying/babysitting/tutoring some awesome kids and babysitting until the summer months hit. I am currently available weekends only but, once school is out in early June I am available any time to watch kids. I am just finishing up my first year teaching as an elementary school performing arts teacher. During this year I worked with children in grades TK-5th and taught them all things related to music and theater. Prior to this year I have experience student teaching in an academic environment for children in 1st and 5th grade. Outside of my time in the classroom, I have worked with children in both a summer camp and children's ministry environment. I love cooking, reading, swimming, doing anything creative and being outdoors! I would be more than happy to combine tutoring and child care services if you so desire.
