About Alexa

I am energetic and passionate. I strive to be involved, patient, understanding, and flexible. I enjoy working with babies and kids and find it very fulfilling. I have my own childcare philosophies, but will follow your preferences for your family. I started working with kids when I was 15 as an assistant summer camp counselor, then a few part time babysitting and nannying positions, and now I am a new mother. In my spare time I like to hike, listen to music, go to the gym and cook. I am fairly new to the area and a devout christian. I am seeking out childcare opportunities that would allow for me to bring my baby (11 months old). I am aware of my own capabilities and would not overextend myself so that your children receive a lower quality of care. I would treat your child like my own, and be a patient and loving caregiver!
