Hey there! My experience in childcare began right at home with my family. Ever since I was a child myself I have had a passion for caring for my younger siblings, helping them learn and grow. I eagerly started babysitting around age 13, and my love for children has grown immensely over the years. I am a certified yoga teacher who loves sharing my knowledge of mindfulness to kids, their young minds need it more than we know! Although I have spent the last 10 years in the hospitality industry, it doesn't seem to fulfill the part of me that loves to help and care for others as I would like my career to. I am a positive leader, I enjoy uplifting others, and my organizational and time management skills are exceptional!

I can’t recommend Alexa enough! She was an incredible help to me and my kids from summer 2020 until late February 2021. Right from the start, Alexa had a natural way with the kids, always coming up with fun and creative activities to keep them entertained. Whether it was taking them on nature walks, sledding, or doing cool crafts, she knew how to make everything enjoyable. Alexa wasn’t just about fun and games though. She would sometimes come over early just so the kids could wake up to a stack of pancakes, showing her thoughtful and caring side. She was super responsible, punctual, and had a knack for solving little problems on her own, which gave me so much peace of mind. What stood out to me the most was her emotional intelligence. She understood the kids so well and always knew the right thing to say or do. I completely trusted her and was always at ease knowing she was with the kids. I’m confident Alexa will bring her joyful spirit, dedication, and caring nature to any family that’s lucky to have her.
