About Alessandra

I'd describe my personality as warm, attentive, loving. I like working with kids because as my nephews say, "you're the best auntie in the whole world!" I have 3 nephews who I am beyond in love with. They've taught me some of the most valuable lessons in my life such as patience, structure, and how to be silly again. I've had the time of my life helping raise these little ones. I started working with kids over 10 years ago in a summer day care. I babysat a young girl in 2016 for about 6 months. However, the majority of my experience with children started when my eldest nephew was born in 2018. Since then, more kids were added to the mix and I've been an integral part of caretaking and babysitting each of them. I'm a college educated adult with a full time career as a recruiter. I enjoy my job but I'm looking to make extra money to put towards travel and student loans. My skills include gentle parenting, engaging activities, and lots of love.
