About Ailyn

I'd describe my personality as patient, friendly and flexible. I like tutoring because I can really focus on student's needs and come up with specific activities based on their interests. I'm looking for a job where I can be a perfect match to facilitate the process of building knowledge. I started tutoring when I was in my teens. I would tutor my classmates, relatives and from that experience decided to become a teacher. Ever since, I have usually tutored part-time while teaching full-time in different institutions. In my spare time, I teach English online or create materials for language teaching that I do as a freelancer. If im not doing that, I'm usually reading books for fun or for my classes. One thing you should know about me is that I am very patient and love to help kids reach their goals. I find a way to have them lead the way with their interests and learning styles while making sure we stay on track towards our goals.
