We absolutely love Abbe! She's been nannying for us 2 full days a week for almost 2 months now and I honestly don't know where I would be without her. I work from home and naively thought I'd be able to continue working AND care for my newborn - HA! (Can you tell I'm a new mom? ;) Abbe has been a lifesaver. She rolled up her sleeves and got started with my 2-month-old immediately and really didn't need much direction, owing to her years of experience caring for kids of all ages, especially babies. She's been so helpful to me as an anxious new mom, with great suggestions on how to help me and my son through his constant changes and stages of growth. She's great with age-appropriate activities, loves taking him on long walks, and takes him out of the house to activities in our community as well. She already had a carseat in her car which was a great help! She also helps out with our dog too and watched our son for a full day so my husband and I could get out for a day and see a Broadway show. If you're lucky enough to be able to hire Abbe, do it! She's an absolute gem.
