This is a flexible job opportunity. This position does not require special training except to be someone who is a great person with a compassionate heart and an interest in helping someone be all that they can be by their own personal direction, with a little support. Our daughter is 28 and has a cognitive disability due to a traumatic brain injury as a child. She works part time and has a number of group activities through a center that she participates in. We need someone to help us with managing her personal life. This role for Anastasia would include assistance with Meal planning, prep, shopping, apartment personal maintenance assistance, personal scheduling planning, activity participation and additional support with positive experiences decided weekly.
Looking for a sitter to watch our boys (8 and 4) in our home on Tuesday evenings so we can attend our church community group from 6:15-8:30. Time spent would likely include making popcorn, watching a movie, playing games or legos, and helping them get ready for bed, which would also include giving our 8-year-old his nighttime pills for his ADHD which he takes independently. We also have two dogs (a great Dane and a puggle) and two cats. All animals are friendly and easy going. Dogs sometimes may need to be let outside to our fenced in yard.
