These dual-career parents are looking for candidates that are highly practical, flexible, and understand the needs of busy working families. Their son is currently in 1st grade and attending school remotely, while their daughter attends preschool in person. A nanny that can stay on schedule and keep track of two school calendars and transportation would be essential. Both parents currently work from home, but prior to COVID, mom and dad both worked outside of the home and dad traveled for work often. The family currently has a nanny that has been with them for 5 years and they are looking for another nanny to support the home in the afternoons. This family treats their nannies like gold and will welcome them to grow and become a part of this awesome family. The household is being very cautious with COVID and wants to ensure their nanny is also taking the necessary precautions Ideal Candidate: Their ideal candidate is accustomed to wearing many hats in the home and can jump right in when needed.
