Lake cottage rental cleaner needed. We have a lake cottage in Pentwater that we will be renting out year-round. We need someone who is reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented to do the cleaning between guests. Cleaning will include vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, washing and changing linens, and moving outdoor Adirondack chairs back into place. We estimate that the cleaning will take approximately 4-6 hours 1-3 days per week. Because it's a rental, it won't be on a set schedule, and we are looking for someone or a team of people who can be available 7 days/week year/round (although cleaning will only be on 1-3 days per week, depending on the booking schedule). We anticipate summers will be mainly weekly rentals with a weekend cleaning, and winters will be a slower season with cleaning on any day of the week but not as many bookings.

We are looking for a babysitter for our two busy boys for the summer and school year if possible. Care would be provided in our home and outings would be encouraged. The schedule would vary week to week but would be known for months in advance. Typical hours would be 7:30-3:30 two or three days per week. Flexible scheduling available. Playing outside, nature adventures, riding bikes, and being creative. One cat and one dog. Our dog is a small terrier who is very calm.

We are looking for someone with a lot of energy and creativity to watch our two boys ages 3&6. The hours will vary each week from 5-20 total and the days will vary each week as well.
