@ Jayanthi P.: Care.com is a site that enables you to search for jobs...it is up to YOU to do the legwork required to get hired. The process is pretty straight-forward. Create a profile with references, experience, why you feel you would be good for the job, your hobbies, interests, etc. There's a LOT of competition out there, and no job is just going to come to you without considerable effort done on your part.
