Our son, L, is 18 with profound special needs. He is very small for his age, like a 3/4-year-old. 42 inches/48 lbs. He is very sweet and easy going, but does require full care (feeding, diapers, transitions, etc) L likes to play catch, watch TV and hang out on the couch. He does not walk or talk. He gets around the house by rolling and communicates in his own way. We have a 16-year-old son as well. He is typically at the house, but independent and helpful. There will be food prep for L and the occasional errand. We will have a car available for our care provider's use. Both my husband and I work from home, so will be here in our offices. Looking for an occasional caregiver for our son, L with severe global developmental delays. L is 17 but extremely small for his age. He is closer to the size of a 4-year-old. Additionally, L is deaf and uses a stroller / wheel chair for mobility. He requires help with all care. He is very sweet and overall a happy kid. He likes to play toss, hand out and watch TV and be outside. We also have a 15 YO son, D. Along with caring for L, D may need rides, but is independent and helpful. Looking to meet for someone who can provide date night or care for L on the weekends. Job would include some meal prep, light housekeeping and we do have a dog. We are a pretty relaxed family. Looking for an interactive & fun supervisor for a 16 yo girl, 15. 5 yo boy, and 12 yo boy. They are young for their ages. Activities and interactions need to be monitored. ADHD and mental health experience a plus. More details will be given upon request. 3 dogs will need to be exercised on 5 acre property, fed, and crated. While the kids are at school, you can study or relax once the dogs are doing their crate time. You could also work a split shift 6:30 am-10:30 am, leave and return around 2:30 p.m. to let dogs out and meet the bus. Holidays and summer vacation the kids will be present the entire day. I am a RN and need someone very reliable, as I must work my shifts! Thank you!

Looking for 2 days a week supervisor for a 5th grader, and two 9th graders in Valleyford. Kiddos need supervision, have some behavior issues (you most likely will not see), ADHD, and are young for their age. They attend school, bus comes at 7:50 a.m. I have 3 dogs that need to be walked on our 5 acre property, fed, walked again, and then put in their crates around 11 a.m. The person hired would have some down time during dog sitting to study, read, watch a movie, etc. before the dogs get put into their crates at 11 a.m. Supervisor/caregiver MUST be punctual and reliable, as I am an RN and must work my shifts.
