Hello! My name is Zeynep and I am currently a 3rd year Chemical Engineering student at Northeastern University! As an older sister myself to a 11-year-old brother, I have always been put into the role of being a teacher. I find it incredibly important to teach students material from a conceptual standpoint rather than just having them memorize procedures, which I think is something not emphasized in our public education system. I am friendly, calm, and collected and have worked at multiple STEM based summer camps for children ages 5-15 (roughly ~1 year of experience total). Math and chemistry are my specialties, but I also have a large amount of computer science experience!
