About Zack

I am an Astoria based childcare specialist. I just recently returned from a 9 month contract as a Mainstage Performer on Disney Cruise Line, during which time I had a large amount of interaction with families and their children. I have been structuring lesson plans and activities for children for about 6 years total. I spent 2 years as a teaching artist for theatre arts, during which time I taught acting, movement, and voice to after school children ages 6 to 13. Additionally, I spent several years as a camp counselor at a performing arts camp. My responsibilities included leading structured performance activities and games for children ages 5 to 16. I also worked for a company specializing in children's fitness and activities. My responsibility was to care for the children, and to engage them in arts, crafts, and physical fitness activities.
