I contacted her about a position for caregiver, and we set up an interview, gave her directions and instructions. I told her how to find the house and how to find my door and gave her my phone number and told her my caregiver would be watching out for her. The day of the interview arrived, she did not come to the house and by the time my caregiver got outside she had turned around and was leaving down the driveway. The next day I found a message from the previous night saying she was here but, she couldn't call me because the phone number didn't come thru on the care.com message. I sent her a message I was sorry I missed her and asked that she reschedule as soon as possible. Never heard from her again. After all the time setting up the interview and driving out to my house she didn't even have a minimum of professional courtesy to reply to let me know if she wanted to reschedule or changed her mind about the position.
