We hired Yessica to be our full-time nanny for our 2 year old son and our 3 1/2 year old daughter. Yessica worked for us for a few short weeks and during that time we found her to be very dishonest, unreliable as she always arrived late or wouldn't show up at all, and had no regard for the children's safety. We caught her telling multiple lie, frequently on her phone and not paying attention to the children, and completely uninterested in caring for children. We would not have hired her had we known this. I would not recommend Yessica to any family looking for a nanny or babysitter.
