Yaro is a kind, quiet, and steady presence, always ready to with support and always ready to step back when my aunt needed space. Yaro made a difficult time for my family that much easier. I learned that Yaro used to work in a hospital under pretty dire conditions, and that explained a lot, because no matter what the day threw at us, Yaro remained calm, helpful, and even-keeled. It meant a lot to have Yaro there, knowing my aunt would be safe and well cared for.
