We are very grateful to know Yanexis. Her quick understanding of the household and family dynamics and immediate response to the specific needs of the three young children has been remarkable. She is very attuned to the activities and conversational comfort level each child requires to be successful in the little school tasks they are given. She understands the little successes that are meaningful to the children and will help them develop confidence. While paying attention to all the details of grading work, reporting progress and following up school assignments, Yanexis fills all of her extra time on the job with activities that benefit the family. Because school does not take up all of her time, Yanexis does not hesitate to offer her help with other chores. Training the children to do the same is her obvious goal and that is good. Teaching by example is the oldest, gentlest and best method. Yanexis really gets it about family.
