I'd describe my personality as a caring, patient, loving woman. I will always make sure everyone feels included and loved for. Everyone deserves to be treated with love and respect no matter their age. I'm looking for a job that lets me take care of kids. I'm here to make sure the children are safe while having fun. We can always have both. But don't worry because my specific childcare skills are behavior management and communication. I started working with kids from and early age. Whether it was babysitting my three siblings (8-year-old brother with ADHD, 7-year-old sister, and a 4-year-old brother) or babysit other people's kids. It's always fun looking at life through the children's eyes. I know for one of the kids I've babysat they love trains so we would do activities based on trains or simply have conversations based on trains because it's always fun talking about things you love. I've been working with kids for at least 12 years now.
