About Yachira

I'd describe my personality as being adaptable, driven, and dedicated. I started caring for seniors over 10 years ago, after becoming an EMT in the military. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children. if we're not out on adventures as a family, we are home creating our own adventures. My skills include communications, compassion, and patience. I enjoy caring for seniors because they provide experiences and lessons. To be able to give back to my community and help those in need. We all have a desire to feel needed, and the role of being a caregiver does that, which is an amazing feeling. It also gives me greater meaning and purpose to not only my life but that to senior and their family, helping to refocus on the more important things in life. The relationships that are built with the people we care about.
