Winnie seemed like a qualified candidate with a friendly personality when we spoke on the phone. We were excited to meet her. Unfortunately, we arranged to interview her, but she did not show up on time. We texted her to see if she was okay, but she did not answer. We then messaged her on Care.com, but although the site said she had been active on it just minutes prior, she did not respond. It's too bad. We were quite interested. It is possible that she found other work and was no longer seeking the position, or that an emergency arose, but in such cases one would expect to be informed. We still have not heard from her. So, we will offer two stars for the potential she seemed to possess, despite the unprofessional approach regarding the interview. Best of luck, Winnie!
