About Whitney

Hello Everyone! My name is Whitney and I am an elementary school teacher with 10+ years experience working with children ranging from infants to high schoolers. I am also a mother to two daughters aged 2. 5 years and 5 weeks old. Daycare has been difficult to find for both my daughters this year, so I have made the decision to take the year off teaching to stay home with my girls. I am wanting to help other families who may be struggling with finding daycare for their child(ren) by offering to nanny part-time (2-4 days/week). I am looking for a family that is okay with bringing their child(ren) to my home and is fine with me having my daughters with me during nannying hours. Ideally, I would prefer a family that has a child or two that is around my 2. 5-year-old daughters age for her to play with. I will offer art, music, story time, and outdoor play (weather permitted) daily. I have a smoke free and pet free home. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you!
