I started working with kids when I was in college, 10+ years ago. I used to nanny during my summer breaks. I have been teaching elementary age children ever since I graduated. I also have an & month old son, so I have recent experience with newborns and infants. In my spare time, I like to read and relax. But I love to have a good kayak adventure, too! One thing you should know about me is I have been a regular teacher as well as a special education teacher. I am patient with children and am able to work with behavior plans and structure. I am able to babysit in your home, but I would prefer to babysit at my home so I am able to stay with my own son as well! (Non-smoker, one dog and four cats) I can help with overnight sitting rates for a weekend getaway, too! Just ask, I'm flexible!
