About Wendy

An experienced educator and skilled in working with people who are navigating physical and mental disabilities including Alzheimer's and Dementia. Connection and companionship set my style of caregiving apart. Custom activities are planned in advance to support wellness of mind, body and spirit. Designed with the client's preferences in mind, activities may include music appreciation, physical movement, chair yoga, walking, arts & crafts, gardening, cooking & baking, board games/puzzles, reminiscing, field trips and more. Quality of life is greatly improved with companionship but other tasks are also important and may be included in care, if needed. They may include: Assistance with ADLs and mobility, medication reminders, meal prep, light cleaning & organizing, laundry, errands and appointments. Daily Progress Reports will be documented for the family.
