Victoria worked for us for a short while, with my daughter who has cerebral palsy. Unfortunately, she was very undependable. On several occasions she just did not show up to work, with little or no notice. Also, while she did work competently with my daughter when she was here, she seemed very emotionally unstable. When speaking to my other children (young teenagers), she would cry (literally in tears) about her problems. She complained to the children about lifting my daughter, although to me she kept saying it was not a problem. She also complained to them about any other tasks I asked her to help with, such as loading the dishwasher. She would agree to do it, but then complain to them, saying things like, "I did YOUR chores." It made them very uncomfortable. She seemed very insecure and just unstable in general.
