I have been a Special Education teacher for the last 12 years. I have experience in all levels of support and with a multitude of diagnosis. I have graduate degrees in Special Education for Deaf Education, Deaf-Blindness, Autism and Sensory Integration Disorders and Orientation and Mobility. I speak English, Spanish, American Sign Language and can transcribe Grade 1 Braille. I have a passion for helping children with disabilities reach their full potential and have excellent references for care and tutoring support. I have been married for 17 years to my husband who is also a teacher and we have three children, including our son was diagnosed with PDD-NOS 8 years ago. I also am available to review ARD documentation, IEP goals and advocacy services for parents. I look forward to working with you and your family!
