Hi! I'm Victoria, a nanny living in Rosewood with my fiance. I have over 10 years of experience with childcare and love hanging out with kids. I currently work full time with a great family (whom I found on care. com!) but am looking to add some weekend hours with a family that needs little ones to be kept busy during the weekends and for date nights. I have a hands-on approach. I limit (or forgo) screen time and focus on exposing kids to as many new things as possible. I'm looking for a family that wants their child to go on lots of adventures to the park, the zoo, museums, children's library events, indoor play parks and more! I am fully vaccinated and have current adult and pediatric AED/CPR/first aid training. Victoria has been caring for our son since December 2021 when he was 6 months old. I know that when my son is with Victoria, he is loved, well-cared for, and all his needs are attended to. I feel confident when he is with Victoria and know that he is receiving quality care-giving. Victoria has a calm demeanor that keeps him at ease. She helps improve his vocabulary by regularly reading to him, singing to him and narrating their day! Victoria is willing to keep the schedule I have created for his day and tries to do things just the way he is used to so that he will have consistency and security throughout his day while I am working!
