About Victoria

I am a 2nd grade teacher in MCPS. I was a paraeducator in PreK for 8 years before transitioning teaching 2nd. I am currently in my 3rd year of teaching. I am trained in UFLI, which is a phonics program. I can also work with eureka math because I know it can be frustrating for students sometimes. I have 2 kids of my own so I know how tough it can be if you feel like they are falling behind. I'd love to work with younger ones because I enjoy teaching the foundational skills! I like tutoring because it allows me to bond with children in a smaller group setting, you can really get to know the children and their needs.
