Victoria has been our nanny for a few months now and she has been AMAZING with my two kiddos, aged 2 and 1. She is great with the kids, very compassionate and sweet. She is very reliable and her communication is 10/10. She updates me throughout the day on things like potty breaks, snacks, naps, etc, without me having to ask. The kids love the days that Victoria watches them. Would definitely recommend!
